Q1.  How do I become a race day sponsor?

A.  Contact bowenturfclub@bigpond.com for sponsorship opportunities and info.

Q2.  Can I buy race day tickets online?

A. Only our largest cup day - Bowen Cup - in October, has options for pre-purchased online tickets - check our facebook page for details.

Q3.  Can I reserve a table?

A.  At our larger race days, we offer the option of pre-booking tables.  Check our facebook day in the weeks prior to our race days, or contact bowenturfclub@bigpond.com for booking options.

Q4.  How do I get tickets to Bowen Cup marquees?  

A.  Bowen Turf Club arranges the Brown Bros VIP marquee (tickets presold via Whitsunday Tickets, and info listed on our site and facebook in month prior to race day), all other marquees sell their tickets via facebook or ticketing companies, but arrange this independently from the Turf Club.

Q5.  Can I bring my own alcohol into the venue on race day.

A.  NO.  This is prohibited by Qld Office of Liquor and Gaming, and our Liquor License.  All alcohol must be purchased from our Club bars.

Q6.  Is Ben Bolt Park Disability friendly?

A.  Yes, we have paved areas suitable for wheelchairs, and disability toilets available.

Q7.  Can I hire Ben Bolt Park outside of race days for a private function?

A.  Contact bowenturfclub@bigpond.com for info on hiring our facility - we have an application form that needs to be completed and event approved by our committee.

Q8.  Can I bring food into race days?

A.  Yes, you can bring food into race days for your own consumption, but cannot sell it to other patrons without arranging this with the Club.  We have a delicious caterer providing food for our race days onsite.

Q9.  Can I bring my own marquee to race days?

A.  Contact bowenturfclub@bigpond for marquee site bookings.  We charge a fee based on size of marquee.

Q10.  Is their camping allowed onsite.

A.  NO. We are unable to offer camping or caravan options at our facilities during or outside of race days, due to insurance and horses stabled onsite.
